Dining Room

Upstairs in the main lodge, we have a warm and welcoming dining room. Here we serve our famous American-style buffet breakfast (only during the winter season). During the day we have snack service. And we also serve hearty, home-cooked evening meals (buffet style, or fixed menu) after a hard day on the mountains.

Breakfast:

Our breakfast is the biggest in Las Trancas! Just what you need to keep you going all day on the slopes!

It is served from 8am – 10am and is buffet style, so you can eat as much as you like because we know you’ll be wanting seconds of those pancakes!

• Fresh scrambled eggs
• Locally baked fresh bread
• American-style hot pancakes with Maple Syrup! Wow! 
• Cereal
• Milk
• Hot drinks (tea & freshly brewed coffee)
• Fruit juices (orange, apple, pineapple)
• Marmalade, Manjar/Dulce de Leche
• Fresh Fruits in Season (kiwis, apples, bananas, oranges)

Notice: Our breakfast is a hearty all you can eat buffet, at an unbeatable price. But please don't take food out with you! If you want to pack some of the breakfast food for your lunch, we can give you a container for a small extra cost.

Day Time:

During the day we offer a selection of hot and cold snacks, from the typical ham and cheese bikini (toastie) to home made soups and pizzas. We also serve drinks and desserts.

Most things can be made to order as our kitchen is open all day and we are happy to accommodate your culinary demands.

Evening meals:

We offer a set meal for all guests during the evening.

Dinner is served from 8pm through to 10:30pm.

There is always a daily special and of course a selection of wines to choose from.
